CSA Program Details

  • Pick up and delivery will be customized to suit your needs and the farm operation overall.
  • The program can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or fully customizable.
  • Each share will be comprised of a variety of chicken, pork, lamb, and beef in various cuts depending on the program you sign up for.
  • Please call with at least 48 hours of notice if any changes need to be made to your pick-up or delivery.
  • You get an additional 10% discount on any a la carte meats you may want to add to your package. Customers receive our comprehensive item price list.
  • We will email you when we have specials or special cuts available. Follow us on Facebook; we always post specials there.
  • We guarantee (1) Turkey for Thanksgiving and (1) spiral cut ham or roast for Christmas. Payment plans are available for this package.
  • Produce can be added to your package upon request. Organically-grown produce options start the second week in June.
  • Pasture-raised eggs can be added to your program for an additional cost of $4/dozen (minimum 48-hours before your meat package is delivered to ensure availability.

Happy Life Ranch is a small, sustainable family ranch. Our name speaks to our approach. A happy life for all. Respect to the end. We believe our practices produce a better product in taste and quality. We supply meat to families throughout the Chicago and Northwest Indiana Area, including farm-to-table restaurants, like Provecho Latin Provisions and our farm partners Locavore Farm.

We are offering weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription programs for our pasture-raised chicken, pork, lamb, and beef. Each week receive a variety of cuts and recipes to guide you to a healthy and more sustainable lifestyle. We raise on pasture. Our livestock roams freely. We only use organic and non-GMO feed and never treat with antibiotics or hormones.
